What are the types of dreams | Messages from the universe through your dreams | Interpret and understand your messages

Did you know that all the dreams we experience follow a classification? When it comes to interpreting the meaning of our dreams we come across a lot of types of dreams, and each of them has its particular characteristics or associations.

When we are working on dreams in a Transpersonal or Holistic therapy, knowing what kind of dreams we usually have can help us to know how we really feel and what our main concerns are, as well as give us clues to start classifying them and create our dream journal.

Dreams can take many different forms and can vary widely in their content, emotional tone and level of realism. Here are some of the most common types of dreams:

    - Normal dreams: these are the most common type of dreams that people experience while sleeping. They can be about anything and can be realistic or surreal.

    - Lucid dreams: These are dreams in which the dreamer realizes that he or she is dreaming. This may allow the dreamer to exert some level of control over the dream and even influence the events that are occurring.

    - Nightmares: Nightmares are disturbing dreams that may cause fear, anxiety or distress. They may include vivid and realistic depictions of violence, danger or other threatening situations.

    - Recurring dreams: These are dreams that repeat over and over again, often with minor variations in detail. They may reflect unresolved problems or concerns that the dreamer is dealing with in his or her waking life.

    - Prophetic dreams: Some people believe that dreams can give insight into the future and that certain dreams may contain prophetic or precognitive elements.

    - Epic dreams: These are vivid, immersive dreams that may feel like an epic journey or adventure. They may involve complex narratives, symbolism and themes that reflect the dreamer's deepest desires, fears or aspirations.

**Daydreams: Technically, daydreams are not dreams that occur during sleep, but fantasies or imagined scenarios that play out in the mind during waking hours. They can be a source of entertainment, inspiration or escape, and can range from simple idle thoughts to elaborate and detailed narratives.

Each type of dream is a reflection of our experiences, illusions, memories and even ailments. Our dreams in this sense are the fruit of an emotional and mental connection that can be interpreted.you deserve health, wellness and happiness here and now!
